By accessing and using the Imperium Championship website and purchasing tickets to our events, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases are subject to availability. Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Imperium Championship reserves the right to modify pricing at any time prior to purchase.

3. Refund Policy

Tickets purchased more than 7 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. Refund requests within 7 days of the event will not be honored. In the event of cancellation by Imperium Championship, a full refund will be issued.

4. Event Entry & Conduct

All attendees must present valid government-issued photo identification at entry. Imperium Championship reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual who violates venue policies, engages in disruptive behavior, or poses a safety risk.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Imperium Championship website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Imperium Championship and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Imperium Championship shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or attendance at our events. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your ticket.

7. Modifications

Imperium Championship reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
