Safety & Regulations
All Imperium Championship events operate under strict regulatory oversight. Our events are sanctioned by the relevant state and national athletic commissions. Licensed referees, certified judges, and on-site medical teams (including ringside physicians and EMTs) are present at every event. Fighter health screenings, weigh-ins, and pre-fight physicals are mandatory. We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for all participating athletes and adhere to the highest safety protocols in the industry.
